Amy Lee (Surmick) Radio

Amy Lee Radio of Levittown passed away unexpectedly Thursday.
Born and raised in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Surmick and
the late Patricia (Gillespie) Surmick.
Amy was a 1996 graduate of Hazleton Area High School and went on to attend
Penn State University.
For many years she was a gymnastic coach at various companies. Prior to leaving
the industry, she was a coach at the Academy of Lexington, S.C.
Amy is survived by her amazing children, daughter Kayleigh Durante, and sons
Ethan and Owen Radio.
Also surviving is her brother Mike Surmick and wife Jenn and aunts Lee Gillespie
and husband Stanley Komosinsky and Denise Frumkin, and numerous nieces and
nephews.
A final blessing and prayers of committal will be held privately at the Chapel in St.
Gabriel Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Amy may be made to the charity of choice.
