Joanne (Jody) Flood

Joanne (Jody) Flood of Conyngham passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 25 at
Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton Campus, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Pittsburgh, Jody was the daughter of the late Daniel and Ruth (Knight)
Reynolds, and was a graduate of Marjorie Webster College, Washington, DC.

In 1960 Jody and husband Bill relocated to the Conyngham Valley, where she was an
active resident of the community.

Jody was a member of St. John Bosco Church, Conyngham, the Conyngham Zoning
Board, the Valley Country Club, and past board member of the YWCA and United
Charities.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, a brother
Daniel Reynolds, and sister and best friend, Louise Werner.

Jody is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 65 years, William Flood, two
children, daughter Lindsey Flood and son Ryan Flood and wife Katherine. Also
surviving are the following grandchildren, Rebecca, Andrew, Joshua, Elijah Flood and
Will and Sadie Flood, and six great grandchildren, Ophelia Flood, Joshua Flood, Violet
Welch, Riley Flood, Kaydence Flood and Aaliyah Flood. Also surviving is sister-in-law,
Joan Reynolds.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 15 at 10:00 AM at St.
John Bosco Church, Conyngham. Interment will be private in Calvary Cemetery,
Drums.

The family will receive friends at the Church from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
